The staff was most courteous and helpful. The hotel was a short walk to Villa Borghese, the principle point for my visit to Rome - Location just outside of main tourist area but surrounded by many restaurants and theatres was excellent. Local transport to all areas was also good. Staff very helpful at all hours.

This B&B is charming and the staff are great , they really are kind and helpful. This B&B is situated outside of the city center not very practical if you want to pop in during a long day full of visiting&walking. But with a bus it's some good 15min away from the center area and it stops in front of the hotel.
If you want a good breakfast then you will be disappointed , there is no choice really but the coffee is good. The room is very clean and minimalist , tiny but recent bathro

2. Staff are nice - the pos machine wasn't working when I arrived there so they asked me to pay for it one day later. No bad attitude.

Clean and comfortable. Easy access to train station .. Walking distance. We walked to all the main sights we wanted to see. Eg colosseum, piazzas, St. Peter's ( long hike but doable if you like walking!) close to restaurants. Cutest lift to take you up to hotel!

We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

Great hotel!! The hotel is in a very central place, close to many attractions and to bus and metro stations.
The room itself was very good - clean, comfortable, very well designed, free wi-fi.
The staff is very nice, all of them speak very good English, and are very friendly and patient to answer any question at any time.
