  Being a family of 5, having 2 rooms with bathroom all within our flat was great. Breakfast was fine and suited everyone. Jennifer very accommodating in our arrival and leaving our luggage prior to departure. Air conditioning effective. Close to bus stops for airport. - The rooms are very nice and modern.   The room is very nice and clean. There is a lift so you don't need to carry your bags upstairs. The location is perfect - 5-10 minutes from major attractions and 15 minutes walk from Pisa Central railway station. Luca, the owner, is really very helpful and friendly. He speaks English and Russian reasonably well.   We stayed at Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony. - Its located in nice, quiet area like resorts with private gate to get in. - The Apart is clean and New furniture with AC. - Extremely friendly staff.
