Michele, the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very helpful on advising us how to reach the main sights and suggested and booked a great restaurant for us. The following morning after a really good breakfast Michele drove us to the airport. I don't think I've ever had such service.

The host, Michele, was so enthusiastic about his property and Pisa. The property was superb, it had the best facilities of all establishments we visited on our tour of Italy, even tea & coffee making in the room and a computer. Motion sensing lights in the public areas, thoughtfully placed lighting in the rooms, and the bathrooms featured Michele's photographs in ceramic tiles - beautiful. he also listened to our plans and made helpful suggestions to maximise the time in Pisa. Excellent location close to the major attractions. Helpful and no-fuss hostess who made no issue of us arriving well after 9 pm, gave us very useful tips on what to see and sent us off very helpfully by booking us a taxi.
Since we had a late night flight out, the ability to leave our bags in the B&B on our last day with access to the common facilities was also a huge help.

We loved the hotel and the staff!. We stayed on two separate occasions and had two different rooms, both lovely. The staff was always professional and ready to assist in any way. The recommendations for restaurants outside the hotel were good and located near the hotel, for convenience sake. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friend

This is a wonderful boutique hotel. It was built in 1920 and has an Art Deco appearance with modern amenities. The bathroom has a large shower with new tiles, mirrors and sink. Hotel Pisa Tower has only been open for a few months, but I can not recommend it enough. I believe there are only a dozen rooms so you get great service from the staff. Fabio (owner) was on-site the entire time we were there and he was wonderful. The rooms are well decorated, spacious, with comfortable beds.
