Comfortable small hotel in an amazing postition at a reasonable price. Excellent restaurant. All staff were very courteous and helpful.Ideal as a base to visit all the city sights, which were within walking distance and accessible by water bus from immediately outside the hotel. -

Staff is excellent, always ready to please and help. Michelle speaks perfect English. Location is perfect. Although it is not on a canal, it's only 20 seconds walk to Grand Canal, 30 min leisuer walk to St. Marco's Squre, and 10 min walk to St. Lucia Train Station which is very convenient to us as we were travelling by train.

Elegant spacious rooms with attention to detail and good facilities. Spotlessly clean, with good quality toiletries and plenty of towels changed daily. Excellent comfortable bed and quiet location ensured good nights sleep. αν και οταν φτασαμε φοβηθηκαμε γιατι ηταν πολυ παλιο απο εξω τα δωματιαηταν πολυ καλα καθαρα αν και απο οτι ειδα την ημερα τησ αναχωρησεισειχαν ξεκινησει εργασειεσ επισκευησ απο εξω τελικα ολα καλα - The staff was extrememly helpful. All spoke excellent English. The breakfast was also top notch. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Note

Located right across the bridge from the train station and next to the vaporetta station we were able to see and do everything with little effort. The room was very nice and continental breakfast fresh and good.

I would definitely recommend this beatiful hotel to anyone - especially couples- planning to visit Venice. It is very convieniently located on the Grand Canal just opposite the reailway station. This is especially important if you are arriving by train from other cities in Italy. If you chose to fly to Venice directly you can take the bus form airport which stops at 5 min away from the hotel. And the vaporetto is likewise just departs in front of the railway station. They also said that despite flood the hotel had no problems and they were looking forward to their guests to arrive. We decided go and stay their. No we do not regret about this decision and can recommend the hotel to everybody
