It is hard to find initially, but overall it is a great location. Very quiet. The staff was great. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was dated but clean. -

Very cute, excellent location,and very clean. Fantastic value for money (we paid 34EUR/person/night for three nights). Air conditioning was wonderful. Breakfast was also very good, some hot food and interesting jams. Room was a bit small, just enough to fit a bunk bed, a sink, and a closet, but it was okay. - free fast internet conection

A good position, close to the railway station but in an area of Venice which I know well and which is not particularly touristy. The staff were friendly and the room and bathroom very clean. Absolutely brilliant location if arriving by train to Venezia's Santa Lucia station. Less than five minutes leisurely walk with luggage.
When you come out of the station the Grand Canal is in front of you, turn left and as you reach the bridge (which will be on your right) vier left and the hotel entrance is on your left in a few seconds.

easier to find the hotel, remember it's very difficult to find
hotels in the small streets of Venice and it can be very difficult with
a small kid and a big baggage to travel in the crowded waterbus. The
