Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). Room cleaned every day, my 3 yr old could stay with us for free, but did get her own towels etc. Good value for your money. -

I actually had booked this hotel as the rate was one of the lowest in Venice Center, however I was not quite sure as the photos on letsbookhotel.com does not look so good. As soon as you step inside you feel the friendliness and warmth of a family-based business. We had a room with a canal view, the beds were cozy and the shower great - all of this more than made up for the humble furnishings. Just 5 minutes from the station, and the restaurant next door is good. We won't bother looking anywhere else for our stays in Venice.

The room was well-kept and quite large, with a comfortable bed, large flat screen tv, and a mini fridge. The bathroom was wonderful! There was a jacuzzi tub in ours, as well as a double sink and lots of room. The breakfast was good, with many options.

a lovely gentleman from reception desk greeted us when we arrived by coming downstairs and carrying our heavy luggage upstairs to second floor, then gave us a great overview of Venice and helped with directions and how to get around. I like the location - it's less than 10 mins walk from the train station. It's also surrounded by good restaurants (incidentally, a very good one just next to the hotel).
The room was clean and had an attached bathroom. The aircon was working nicely - no weird smells.

Nice location, just besides the water bus stop.The streets in Venice are so complicated that makes you easy to get lost, but the Pensione Guerrato is very easy to find. The staff were very attentive and kind and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The baby bed was perfect and the room itself was comfortable and very clean. The pensione is great value for money and ideally situated near the Rialto bridge.

Location within Venice was great, less than 5 min walk to Rialto Bridge.
Room was a great size, with instantly hot shower - have heard that in
Venice you can get both a small room and bad water pressure but no
issues on this side. Staff very helpful, we got to check in early as the
room was ready and they kept our bags safe on the last day until late at
night. Also ate in the restaurant which was good food, staff here more
than helpful as the terrace flooded during high tide and they piggy

The staff were exremely friendly and helpful. The reception was open on a 24hr basis and so arriving at night was no problem. The room was comfortable and very clean and the bathroom brand new. It was nice to have a tv. We had a lovely view over the garden. A great plus was being so close to Piazale Roma, but at the same time we were so central

I was so delighted to have found this hotel, which really made my trip,
and I would recommend it to anyone. Perfect location: in a beautiful
area of Venice. Very close (2 mins walk) to vapouretti stop on Grand

In venice it is all about walking. There arent cars, taxi or buses. So

We recently enjoyed a 2 night stay at Hotel Casa Boccassini for our honeymoon. The hotel is tucked away and we did have to look hard to find it however if you do your research beforehand it will be easy to locate. When you first walk into the hotel there is a beautiful garden courtyard with chairs which is a nice serene place for the weary trave

Cheap for Venice but still well over 100 euros per night. Cean
comfortable and with lovely garden giving friendly homely feel. In a
quieter part of Venice which is a huge plus after battling through the
crowds around Rialto and St Marks square. Still only a few minutes walk
from centre so why pay more for a slightly more central location?
Receptionist didn't speak English but extremely helpful, friendly
and polite. Breakfast in garden was not the most generous but in a
delightful setting.
