  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there.   You probably wont find a hotel which treats you nicer in Florence. The hotel is small but the location is excellent. The staff and in particular the manager is exceptionally friendly and sincerely wants you to have a good stay (more than you can say about many 4-5 star hotels). The value for our money was great and the location was perfect. Breakfast was simple but very tasty and there was a very nice restaurant next door for lunch or dinner.
