An established property with "soul". Less than perfect but with a homey atmosphere, very enjoyable altogether. Located in East Jerusalem, it gives you the feel for the "real" city away from politics and glitter. Lovely staff.

Near to the Old City and the rest of the City, good bus connections,

The room was spacy, so you could rest there comfortably between the sightseeing.

Attractive hotel with modern rooms. Great location in walking distance
of Old Jerusalem and restaurants. Wonderful and extensive Israeli

helpful staff. Pricing is a relative value for an upscale hotel in

Very nice breakfast with multiple variaties of fresh juices.

The service was professional and the tone personal, warm, and welcoming .
There was a generous complimentary happy hour on the balcony, sometimes in the breakfast area and in the lounge which was great as it gave us an opportunity to chat with fellow travellers and compare notes about what we had seen.

This hotel-apartment building is centrally located: next to the very touristy and busy Ben Yehuda -
very pleased with very helpful staff who could answer all questions about where to eat and directions to places. Also facilitated arranging transportation to airport. The hotel has beautiful architecture (built with old brick) and is in a great location for the old city (Jaffa Gate) and West Jerusalem. There are lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Hotel is stylish and the services and staff are excellent.

Next time if I LL be there I`d like to stay there again. -
We booked a standard room for 2 persons which smelled like cigar at arrival. With no problems we received a new slightly bigger room. The personnel is outstanding friendly and helpful (takes care of parking the car, bringing luggage to the room, serving generous drinks at the bar and any other questions or requests). The location of the hotel is in short walking distance to the old city. A taxi to the new city centre takes about 10 minutes.
