We stayed in Villa 115 which we enjoyed immensley it was quiet and restful. Enjoyed the lovely body gel shampoo and moisturiser replaced every day. We also enjoyed the cookies provided daily . Initially when we arrived we were quite disappointed with the villa originally designated to us (my husband and myself are in our 80's and did ask that consideration be given as we were elderly) The villa shown to us had the shower positioned over a sunken bath and we were unable to negotiate the task of

The service was simply excellent. Friendly staff whose smiles seem genuine and who bothered to remember your name.
Most staff were great. Just to mention a few whose names I remember -- Twi, Dwi, Dias...and many others. Even the guards were nice.

We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi! The staff did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. Great cocktail list and their in house restaurant has a wide range of food to cater to all tastes. The pool bar is a fantastic bonus (although it's location means the sun only shines there till the afternoon) less than 7 minutes to kuta beach which is one

It is a great secret and should remain so. Small ( only 54 rooms, all larger than normal ), very well appointed, very clean and modern. Great staffs - was welcomed with cold face towel to freshen up and a glass of mocktail drink. Pleasant, lovely front desk people. The room was spacious and the king bed was ultra-comfy. We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.

What a wonderful place to stay, i would reccomend these apartments to anyone. Great staff who will look after your every needs, great location if going out at night in kuta, just a short walk home, rooms are just beautifuly decorated and clean. All night security and reception staff should you need them. Roof top pool was nice not so busy as a gro

it was a beautiful resort, right on the beach in the more traditional area of Bali away from the noise and bussell of Kuta and Legian. Fortunatley we got off season rates other wise we would not be able to stay there. -

I went to Bali for 9 night and stayed at Kuta Playa as it was located on the beach and close to everything. I hired a pool villa as I was looking for total privacy and a little luxury. The minute I walked in the front gate the is what I was greated by. It was awesome, I could not fault it. The villa was large and beautiful, it was decorated nicely

We love the high bed n the seaview balcony....the staffs always greeted
us with a friendly smile. Breakfast is ok not much variety should have
pancakes, muffins or bagel not Soto soup.... We love the way the
chambermaid tidy n clean our room....she really put in effort n details
to her work...such a great worker...too bad we could not remember her
name! As for the rest all are great!! Keep up with the good
work...definitely will choose this hotel again when visit Bali!

Room-The rooms are big with a comfortable bed. 1st day we take superior double room, it was so big and comfortable. 2nd day we decide to try another room one bedroom villa with private plunge pool. its also amazing.. its more privacy and peace.
Foods-The food in the hotel restaurant is good. i was not feeling well on that day so i request porridge for my dinner meal from the hotel, although it sonly plain porridge but its still delicious hehehe. good job!!

Reasonable prices for both accommodation and food and beverage outlets. The staff members were so pleasant, helpful and courteous.
I had an accident on a footpath and our hotel security officers came to assess the situation and then take me to hospital. They waited to see what the outcome was and only went home when my husband told them to. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the leadership team brought a big basket of fruit to me in our room. They asked me to let them know if I needed anything. They were so charming and sincere. I wouldn't want to stay
