On last day of my stay - We stayed at The Magani and had the most wonderful experience. We were on honeymoon and received a free upgrade on arrival to a massive room with an outdoor jacuzzi!   Great staffs - was welcomed with cold face towel to freshen up and a glass of mocktail drink. Pleasant, lovely front desk people. The room was spacious and the king bed was ultra-comfy. Bathroom was clean and functional. I got the room which was facing the Kartika Resort next door and it was very quiet and peaceful. No noise problem at all. Cu - We had a long stop over between flights before getting on a red-eye (and husband was sick), so we opted for a few hours in a comfortable hotel instead of waiting around. Best idea we've ever had. Hotel was very clean and comfortable and we were able to get a good rest before a long flight onwards. Only 5 minutes drive (depending on Kuta traffic) from the airport and price was excellent. Location is great and it was a shame Husband wasn't feeling better or we could have explored the area a bit.

Great staff who will look after your every needs, great location if going out at night in kuta, just a short walk home, rooms are just beautifuly decorated and clean.   I went to Bali for 9 night and stayed at Kuta Playa as it was located on the beach and close to everything. I hired a pool villa as I was looking for total privacy and a little luxury. The minute I walked in the front gate the is what I was greated by. It was awesome, I could not fault it. The villa was large and beautiful, it was decorated nicely... was die leute sagen » and was rather large. The private pool was beautiful. I loved everything about the Kuta Playa, will be back for sure. The staff are excellent. - We love the high bed n the seaview balcony....the staffs always greeted us with a friendly smile. Breakfast is ok not much variety should have pancakes, muffins or bagel not Soto soup.... We love the way the chambermaid tidy n clean our room....she really put in effort n details to her work...such a great worker...too bad we could not remember her name! As for the rest all are great!! Keep up with the good work...definitely will choose this hotel again when visit Bali!

  We stayed here for four nights to shop our feet off ... then went to a villa for 8 nights in Canggu ( but we wished we had stayed here longer ) we loved it !!! so very close to shopping center ( across the road) and a few min stroll to street stalls ..which are crazy .. cheep and wonderful. The pool and swim up bar was amazing, we had three rooms ... was die leute sagen » ( for the six in our group ) around the pool ..we felt like royalty ! staff so helpful and always ready to get whatever we wanted ( as we didn't need - The staff members were so pleasant, helpful and courteous. I had an accident on a footpath and our hotel security officers came to assess the situation and then take me to hospital. They waited to see what the outcome was and only went home when my husband told them to. When I returned to the hotel the next day, the leadership team brought a big basket of fruit to me in our room. They asked me to let them know if I needed anything. They were so charming and sincere. I wouldn't want to stay
