1. I really liked the staff - really helpful and friendly - only one person didn't speak good English but that didn't matter as long as he understood what we wanted

Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Starr in Hotel is an excellent choice. We stayed for 5 days there and we had problem with nothing. It was perfectly clean, and comfortable. We had our room cleaned and towels/sheets changed every day. It 's location is also perfect, as it is close to everywhere in the city center and you can go around on feet. Firstly, this was our second stay, which says a lot for this hotel. The Star Inn Hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-run, and international. The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. We would return willingly to this hotel.

Very close to the center. You can take the 47-49 bus and arrive to the other side of Danube close to the Gellert Bath. Also you have absolutely everything you need for a nice holliday in Budapest. The staff was very friendly, to begin with. I had problems with my card when i made the reservation and they were nice and didn't make a big problem about this.
The apartments were in the center, so close to everything and very very spacious and comfortable. They have everything you might need including an ironing machine and a hairblower and all sorts of stuff in the kitchen. We were very surprised we could get such a nice place, with such a good location with what we thought was a low price.

Beautiful scenery, very friendly staff, a place where you can relax even if it's raining outside. You have a lot to discover if you are a nature-bug, but if need for a city vibe that's very close too. We stayed in a room with our two dogs and were comfortable. -

Everything fine. Even with an extra bed it was roomy. Breakfast was good. TV was varied, useful on snowy days. The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are clean, tidy and beautifully designed. The food is excellent and the staff is always ready to help. The hotel is near the subway wich is leading to the center of Budapest.

Nice stuff, they work 0/24, we arrived late at night and polite girl welcomed us. Room was quite big, like someone`s flat, we had kitchen, big space for sleeping and 5 beds. I would like to come again.
