1. I really liked the staff - really helpful and friendly - only one person didn't speak good English but that didn't matter as long as he understood what we wanted

Nice staff, the recepcionist was reading Arany János, which qualifies for A+++++ rating in itself. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is well equipped also. The building has its own underground parking lot, which is definitely an advantage in this part of town. The main highlight of BPHome is the superb location: the House of Parliament, the Danube, the Basilica and the Andrássy Boulevard are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.

A great hotel to see Budapest. Whether you are with friends or family, the metro is only 5 minutes away. And being just a bit out of the city centre guarantees you a good night sleep. Breakfast is very good. The free bubbles, that little extra touch. We would definitely come back.

Starr in Hotel is an excellent choice. We stayed for 5 days there and we had problem with nothing. It was perfectly clean, and comfortable. Firstly, this was our second stay, which says a lot for this hotel. The Star Inn Hotel is very comfortable, clean, well-run, and international. The staff are highly efficient and multilingual; any requirements or requests are met with immediately and with a smile. The location is central and the area around the hotel is tranquil. The staff was very friendly, to begin with. I had problems with my card when i made the reservation and they were nice and didn't make a big problem about this.
The apartments were in the center, so close to everything and very very spacious and comfortable. They have everything you might need including an ironing machine and a hairblower and all sorts of stuff in the kitchen. We were very surprised we could get such a nice place, with such a good location with what we thought was a low price.

Beautiful scenery, very friendly staff, a place where you can relax even if it's raining outside. You have a lot to discover if you are a nature-bug, but if need for a city vibe that's very close too. We stayed in a room with our two dogs and were comfortable. -
