Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and

The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. An excellent breakfast with free newspapers. And, when I left my cell phone charger, they mailed it back to me free of charge! - I liked that the private garage was

Brilliant!! We traveled to Heidelberg with our 13 year old son to experience a traditional Christmas Market. The location of the hotel was amazing. The hotel was in a great location. On a side street, close to shops, restaurants etc.but quieter at night than many city hotels. Easy to find if you arrive by car.
The decor was charming and immaculate. The young woman who escorted us to our rooms could not have been more helpful!

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! Even so, 16 euro for 24 hours is not outrageous but would have been free - We visited 11 hotels on this trip and this was our No.1. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within minutes you are at the Bismarckplatz or the Hauptstrasse. The rooms are quiet and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
