I think this hotel is a little over priced but it was a great stay and no complaints what so ever. The staff were helpful and very polite. The room was ordinary but comfortable. A great stay! I went to a conference while my wife shopped and enjoyed the Heidelberg sites. The parking garage, for only 8 euro per day, was easy. A great room with high ceilings. An excellent breakfast with free newspapers. And, when I left my cell phone charger, they mailed it back to me free of charge! - I liked that the private garage was

The staff were so welcoming and could not do enough for us. We felt like special guests. We had room 8 which was like having our own penthouse suite- quietly tucked away at the back of the building so we weren't disturbed. The location of the is perfect, right in the heart of the old town bar area, lively and fun. Breakfast was top quality. We just loved this place! Thanks especially to Isabel, who made sure our stay was perfect.

Even so, 16 euro for 24 hours is not outrageous but would have been free - We visited 11 hotels on this trip and this was our No.1. We had a fantastic loft apartment. The hotel location in the old town is perfect with views to both the main square (directly below) and to the castle (worth a visit). The owners were great and the breakfast provided was superb. All in all we loved it and recommend it highly. If you like modern you'll love the style that this hotel conveys.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Within minutes you are at the Bismarckplatz or the Hauptstrasse. The rooms are quiet and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
