From the moment that we arrived we were welcomed at the Pension. The
family that runs it really likes what they do and they take pleasure in
making sure that their guests are as comfortable as possible. To quote
our kids "It was like staying at our Aunt's house".

From the moment we arrived we were immediately treated like family, not
guests. The lady and gentleman that runs the Pension are wonderful, they
treated our children like little princes and being around them felt like
we were visiting our Oma and Opa. The information they provided for us
was amazing, we got to see things we didn't even know were in the
area and she recommended a fabulous German Restaurant and Italian
Restaurant. The rooms were extremely clean, not one spider web in any
corner,

The views were outstanding - 2nd floor; the apartment was very cozy - home from home! We extended 1 more night because we liked it soooo much. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town center.
I went for BMW Motorrad Days and was able to walk to the event site which is out of town(half hour).
The owners live in the building and are very helpful but not in the least intrusive.
Free parking is available.
The apartment was very clean, well equipped and is perfect for two solo travelers or two couples travelling together.
Free internet. Fast connection. Good for Skype.
Tap water was good for drinking.

Everything. Location- just 100 or so yards from train station, easy walking distance to both towns. There was attention to the smallest detail. Remarkable experience. Staff was exceptional. Excellent location in the middle of the city, with great parking in the back of the hotel. We had a family room, which were two double rooms with shared hall and shared bathroom. This was the neatest place we stayed, and is really what I had envisioned about Bavaria. Quaint and well maintained building. Adjoining family rooms were big and were perfect for us and two grown kids. Great view from balcony. Very quiet and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Location is great. Very good restaurant, both dinner and breakfast. Just good all around. Enjoyed it.

The hotel was conveniently located in the downtown area so we could walk most places we needed to go. The room was cozy and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay at the apartment on our February Ski Holiday; it ticks all our boxes for size, cleanliness and location with a wonderful host who is happy to help. Highly recommend. -

The service was outstanding. Free parking up front, friendly staff all the way around, great Germany Breakfast, and the room was wonderful. We brought our dog and the staff worked around cleaning the room for us and it was just an outstanding experience. I have lived in Germany for 8 years and this was by far the best hotel for the money I have

The staff was very friendly and even though we weren't suppose to get our room until 3 pm, the front desk made an effort so we could get it sooner (at 11am). And in the room they had brought in a nice baby bett with covers and everything. Since our baby was sick at dinner time we could not go down to the restaurant to eat, but the waiter just brou

Location location location!!! The hotel is situated in the historical part of Garmish and you have all bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and helpful. The sauna is fabulous with an astonishing view from the window. Also we did like the breakfast.

Good location, quiet, small hotel - Conveniently central - Relaxed and friendly staff. Very functional as a town centre base and nicely presented. Good value if relatively basic - and close to good value ski hire for winter visitors
