The place just feels amazing. Its hard to pinpoint it but something about it makes you feel more at home than in your own home. The entire place feels like its yours the entire time. The breakfasts are absolutely unbeatable - great coffee, amazing bread (multigrain, croissants, whole weat, baguette... name it). The staff are amazing, kind, helpful. les perce neige provided us with a typical French environment and was extremely peaceful. The room was extremely comfortable - excellent bathroom and provided plenty of room as were were a party of 3. The breakfast was of a high quality - excellent coffee and the owner was available to answer any questions and advise on restaurants in the area. Very good value for money.
The owners were very friendly & helpful and the location was perfect for us even though we did not have much time on this occasion to tour around being en route to the UK. We were given a good recommendation for buying some lovely Vouvray wine which we will enjoy. We plab a longer stay next year so we can tour around. Breakfast was excellent.
A haven. Lovely room / house. Secure grounds and parking. Well appointed. Hosts were exceptional. Polite. Very well versed in location and fine restaurants and vineyards in area. Wonderful, relaxing stay. Respect that you stay in their home, not a hotel and you'll enjoy THE most memorable time.
Very comfortable & clean. We were made very welcome. Excellent recommendations from owner for places to visit & restaurants. Would definitely return & would recommend as a base to visit Loire area. Excellent breakfast.
Lovely small village, close to many chateau, excellent advice from
hosts, secure parking and nearby petrol and supermarket Courtyard was
pretty. Breakfast very European.
Loved the building, room, bathroom and particularly the great shower and the owners were absolutely lovely and very helpful.
The staff very friendly and helpful. The location is not too far from tours and it is centerly located between many castles.

the many casttles we wanted to visit. If you like this , I can

I liked it all...
Would have liked a kettle in the room but we took our own anyway. Some people would have liked a television but this did not bother us.
Although the room was lovely and we slept well we thought the blankets & cover was too heavy. We are used to duvets which keep you warm without the weight of blankets.
Nothing.
Bed a bit firm, no kettle in room (hosts provided hot water and tea etc
but I had to ask), wifi seemed to work well everywhere but our room.
You have to have a car.
All ok.
No television.
No tea or coffee facilities.
Shower was very difficult to use.
Lack of facilities to get drinks at anytime, however when the owners were around this wasn't a problem as they would offer drinks.
Area closes early September.
Low quality bed linen/pillows.
Surprise requirement for payment in cash only.
No television in the room. Not making the beds. Simple (french)
breakfast. If you have a trouble with this I would not recommend
this place.
