The apartment was very clean, well presented and contemporary in design. It was in a perfect location to explore reims. Olivier met us at the arranged time to give us the keys and explained everything about the apartment. He was efficient and personable. Reims was lovely and we enjoyed exploring the streets and visiting the cathedral. We had a great meal recommended to us by Olivier in Cafe Forum.

The hotel appeared to either have been completely renovated, or was new. The room was immaculate and gave the impression of having been never, or rarely, used. This was our first Novotel experience and will definitely make us look
into staying in one again. It was like somebody had designed a hotel
room from scratch and they seemed to have thought of everything. Loved
the room dividers, great bright lights in the bathroom, blackout blinds,
the big desk on wheels, the fridge, microwave and tea kettle, the
complimentary toiletries and snacks (what budget hotel still does

benchmark 2 star, great place in all respects. remeber its a 2 star but its a credit to the managers and the staff that this characterful, cheerful place does such a good job on a budget. iit restores faith in budget hotels. great evening eating just around the corner, breakfast at the hotel Azur is perfectly good, fresh and served with a smile. -

the room was functional, with working wifi. Very centrally located- can walk easily to cathedral and museums and the champagne caves. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ok but if you are up early enough, there is a boulangerie at the end of the street opposite the road and much cheaper.

The staff were very pleasant, the rooms very clean and only approx 10-15mins walking distance from the main area for restaurants and main line train station, handy to travel into paris. - Perfect stopover hotel on route back from Switzerland. Hotel has a small swimming pool which was a welcome "cool off" in the 32 degree Reims sunshine.

Friendliness of staff, quality of food and wine, large grassy area at the back for us to exercise our 2 dogs. - All of the staff were wonderful and made us feel very welcome.

Very clean rooms, convenient location and very friendly staff. Meals were excellent, if a little pricey, especially the wine. We took 70 and 80 year old couple and they also loved it. Excellent amenities and location - reasonable walking distance from train. - Everything was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean and bright. It was also very quiet at night. Bed was deliciously comfortable.

The staff at the desk were so friendly and helpful giving us plenty of information and assistance. We parked on the street and could see our car from the hotel window. Walking to the champagne houses and taking tours was wonderful. We will return again and stay in the same place. My favorite memory is eating lunch with champagne (of course) an

The locality was great as we could park the car and walk all around Reims from this location. I was impressed at the outset with the friendly staff. They went out of their way to help us and were very happy to do it. Can't say enough about them really. This made the stay. I believe the breakfast was great, but we did not do breakfast with our full days so can't really comment.

Everything was fine, we were only staying one night late and leaving
early so only wanted a basic room and the lady when we arrived helped
out and told us all we needed (even though we have little French she was
willing to try hard to make sure we understood - Merci!) and the room

We were just stopping off to break out journey down to Brittany. It was perfect for our needs with a young family. We got a family room, which was excellent and suited our needs. After a long journey, it was great to avail of the excellent restaurant in the hotel.
