This B&B completely blew us away! (For non-US readers that means we were very impressed by it!) When we arrived we pressed the "talk" button on the intercom box attached to the wall that surrounds the Manoir and announced ourselves. Excellent hotel. Rooms are all amazing and very luxurious. Monique and Eric very welcoming and friendly (don't speak English, but luckily 2 of our party were able to speak some French). Monique provided an amazing spread for us in the evening at a cost of 40 euros per person including as much wine as we could drink!! Fabulous swimming pool, although we didn't use it as we were only staying over one night. I can't recommend this hotel enough!!

Claire took great care to ensure our 90 year old dad was comfortable. She was very patient with me as I negotiated my way around letsbookhotel.com. Due to a mixup the room we had booked was not available. We were offered a perfectly good alternative, for which the owner refused to accept payment. Exceptional customer-friendliness ! -

The host was very welcoming (including the dogs). The house is just amazing, from its decoration to the greenery of the large garden. You are really feeling relaxed in this oasis. I strongly recommend this lovely place for a nice getaway. I will definitely come back to La Pastorale and will recommend it to all of my family and friends -

I could not praise the owners more, this was our first trip driving in
france and had underestimated the time it would take to get there, we
arrived about 8pm and dispite saying we would not need a meal we were
still asked if we would like one as there were no other places to eat
near by.they very kindly proceeded to provide us with a lovely meal

The staff were very friendly and the ones we dealt with spoke excellent English - those who didn't were equally as helpful but used more pointing :-). Really appreciated the room upgrade -room was great. Food was excellent. The hotel was easy to find (it was a stop off half way during a long journey) -

I loved our night at this hotel. we received a friendly welcome, it was a clean comfort bedroom and loved the décor. I also loved the garden. We had an evening meal at the Hotel and shared the dinner table with a French couple and their two children, which was very interesting and the food was superb.

Clean, comfortable and friendly hotel in a stunning location in the heart of Chablis. The room was large, with an excellent bathroom and aircon which was essential as the outside temperature during our stay reached 35 degrees!

excellent. Modern, comfortable and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed too. The Dining Room was amazing. We had a gorgeous evening meal. Breakfast was a treat too. -
Stylish hotel in nice little town. Looking at previous reviews I think it must now have been re-decorated. Stayed in main part this time where rooms are smaller but still with good facilities. Restaurant is high quality but not for budget guest. Staff are efficient and polite.

The Domain is only a few kilometres from Auxerre but you are in the rural environment of the countryside. The Domain is steeped in history and visit the cave for degustation is a must. The Domain Borgnat is not a five star hotel but gives a great experience to visitors wanting to see the real France and enjoy the company of fellow travellers. Regine is a wonderful host and Orlin prepares some of the best food we have had in France.
