Very nice place. Doesn't have an elevator, but they help you up with the luggage, you won't even have to ask. Breakfast is served in a very nice room with fresh fruit and pastries, yoghurt, juice, hot drinks.
Underground parking is nearby, but you can drive into the street where the house is located to unload the luggage. -

The owners couldn't have been friendlier. They had long conversations with my fiance which really helped him improve his French and took an active interest in making out stay as good as possible. The breakfast was amazing and the garden area outside our room was beautiful.

My daughter and I found Le Mas des Chutes to be overwhelmingly perfect! Everything was wondeful, warm welcome, charming, caring hosts, the room was incredible, nice bathroom, comfortable bed/sheets. When we booked our stay in the south of France we tried to find a nice B&B. We found the Jardins du Golf Chambres dHôtes et Gîte through Bookings.com. We also checked their web site and the location.

Wonderful hosts, and a great location to either relax or tour the area as a base point. We enjoyed the warmth of our hosts and appreciated the care given to our needs and questions.
Highly recommend as a place to experience the nearness of Cannes and the hill towns of the area.
