Staff very friendly and kindly! When we arrived, the man at reception
gave us a map and orientations about the city. Also we asked about a
specific route/tour and he immediately searched on internet to help
us. The room was not very large, but ok and with enough space for us (as
well as the toilet/bathroom). The bed was large and very
confortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the old city and within easy walking distance of the main historic sights of Arles. the reception staff was very friendly. The young gentleman who greeted us spoke very good English and he helped carry our luggage up two flights of stairs! We really appreciated the air conditioning in our room, because it provided a cool oasis from the heat wave outside and allowed us to have a great sleep! The hotel is situated very close to the centre of Aix-en-Provence. The
staff was very helpful and nice. I asked for some hot water to make
myself a tea on a couple of occasions and my request wasn't
refused, which is often the case in the hotels with only two stars.
There was also no problem with having our luggage stored once we
checked out in the morning. The room had a little terrace with a lovely
view. I wouldn't recommend taking a cheaper room with the view onto
the road...

What a fabulous and friendly hotel. We were delighted with the service, the location, the food and the pristine state of bedrooms and swimming pool alike. Only three miles from Arles, but like a country house. The dinners were well priced and delicious. The pool was recently refinished. Every room faces a garden with a terrace or patio. The rooms are large and so is the refurbished bathroom. We took walks along the country road after dinner. The hosts are charming and jolly. I just adored this guesthouse in Provence.

Just minutes away from Marseille Aeroport. Call for a hotel shuttle from the Arrivals hall. Shuttle runs till midnight. Otherwise it's a 5-10 minute walk. Room is basic but clean. Rooms have just been renovated (used to be Etap before). Excellent for an overnight stay between flights. No restaurant however. Get your food before from the airport or

It's possible to order the shuttle from the airport hall and from
the majority of bus stops. Very good breakfast for it's price (6

Easy to get to Old Town. Felt very safe. Big comfortable room. Great breakfast with delicious coffee.Great shower gels! - Change of linen daily. Very helpful staff. No hassles whatsoever.Convenient location in quiet area. Good croissants!

The cats in the parking lot, staff, location (both for Tarascon and for the region), (inside) parking looked safe, the whole atmosphere of the hotel was very nice. -
Staff is very friendly, very nice and comfortable room, nice garden.. Location is very good, close to all villages around.
Parking is provided. Breakfast is okay.
