The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful location, literally at the bottom of the hill at the entrance to the castle. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and they all spoke great English. Excellent value at the Hotel Montmorency but great bonus to be able to use the facilities of the Hotel Du Chateau. We really loved our stay at Campanille Narbonne. The hotel is quite new, therefore all facilities are very clean and confortable. The bathroom was big comparing to the average and spotless clean. There were unexpected little amenities in the room upon our arrival (tea, coffee and cookies), which was also very nice. Check-in and check-out were fast

Very clean, modern hotel - room a little small and a slightly strange shape but suited our purposes. Nice to have a pool. Staff quiet but helpful when asked. The best thing was the location - just a few minutes walk from the wonderful medieval city complex. -

My boyfriend & I both loved staying here, we stayed in room 3 & we were able to walk straight onto garden & to pool. We love to stay in this apartment as the room is spacious with many kitchen equipments (except water boiler). My dad could take care of himself with cooking tools while my mom and I were not around. It is very convenient for travellers who like to focus on old historic city as it is only some minutes away but make sure you need to be fit to climb

Space. It was pretty big the apartment for my famility to stay (couple + 1yr old baby + 3 yrs. old child).
The location was perfect. Very close to the castle.
The access is very good to go walking. Not recomended to go to the castle with the baby trolley but this has nothing to do with the hotel/appartment.
Very very good price/quality ratio.

The staff were very helpful, the room was great value for money, big bathroom, tv, very clean, decent beds. The restaurant was fine, food good. This is a lovely hotel - beautiful brand new large bedrooms in recently renovated section. Olivier, the owner, could not have been more helpful and predictive of our needs. Clean, huge rooms with modern decor, restaurant and wine list fantastic. Highly recommended for a stay in the Aude Valley. -

Rural French countryside, right opposite Chateau Cabezac winery (with
fantastic wine) - and the hotel owner even took me over and introduced
me. The dining room was exceptional - almost nouvelle cuisine in style,
and a wonderful wine list. Ask the owner about his favourite bottle of
Chateauneuf du Pape! -

The staff were without fail helpful, friendly and cheerful.
The accommodation was perfect for our purposes - a comfortable, clean, convenient, modern place to stop over whilst touristing! Our second visit. We recommend it without hesitation!
We also recommend, very close by, L'oeil, le Resto, for a very good traditional Southern meal.

The Manager and staff were polite, helpful and friendly. I left my PC charger in the room and they were good even enough to post it back to me at my home address. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The shower room and WC were tired and really needed replacing but having said that for a stop over night it was perfectly adequate.
