  The location of the hotel is absolutely great : looking over the sea, sea across the road in 10 meters, beachers to the right ( 50m), castle and Picasso Museum - to the left - 200-300 m along the promenade with GREAT views. Sea viewing terraces are huge, beds are comfortable, - Being November and all, was still a nice setting and location. Just a shirt stroll to Antibes, market, and bars and restaurants. Staff really friendly and helpful with helping with my baggage and parking the car. My room didn't face the sea and was rather dark, but was very cleans and and oversized, like a small apartment. Fridge was stocked with drinks at very over inflated prices but hey that's France.

  Excellent location. The hotel is just a short walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk from the old town with its many bars and restaurants. It's a 10-15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals. Owner David was very friendly and gave us great tips for bars, restaurants and clubs. Wifi was fast and stable. Parking in a garage is some 300m from th... τι λέει ο κόσμος » e hotel and was reasonably priced, otherwise parking on the streets is difficult as it is max 2 hours. - What a great place to stay David and Nelya were very helpful, pleasant and great hosts. Near to beach and all amminities. We would recommend this small friendly hotel to anyone.We, John and Zoia, spent eight nights here and enjoyed every minute.
