Very modern villa with functional furnishing. The guest apartments, at least three of them, are in the bottom level where you also have a terrace in front of your entrance. There is also a private car parking at the same level.

This is the best place I have ever stayed after more than more than 20 years of travelling I have found heaven! Stephanie and Oliver treated us like family with care, class and an attention to detail only found in 6 star hotels! The home made breakfast was amazing and I still miss it. Everything about it is superb. Just when you thought it could not possibly get any better Stephanie did my hair for an awards night and it was perfect. The atmosphere is pure peace and happiness. It is a sanctuary

A fabulous B&B to stay and we would not hesitate to recommend Les Cavaliers. The owners we expectional and the best continental breakfast we had all trip - especially the crossiants. Fabulous bed and breakfast in superb location. The owners could not have been friendlier or more knowledgeable about the local area. We were recommended a number of excellent restaurants and this was without a doubt the highlight of our riviera trip.

nicest people you can meet in South of France.
Sous l'Olivier is at the end of a windy road, a 5-10 minutes drive from the center of Menton. There is a shortcut if you are on foot.

Very spacious suite with great facilities and fantastic views to the mountains and the sea. The whole house was very clean and full of character. All! At first - Katherine. What an extraordinary woman! Warm, kind, smiling, explaining everything. She definitely have golden hands! The room- WOW! Romantic, big, very big! A view to the mountains and the sea, a small dinner table for two...
The location is remarkable. 5 minutes walk to the castle, the house next door is the church itself, so you live in a village and within 5 minutes you go down to Nice or elsewhere.

Wendy was a wonderful host and the accommodation was very comfortable
and With beautiful views over St. Paul-de-vence. Wendy run us into town
which was great, and also when we ran out of cash the next morning she
provide bank details for cash transfer. Overall a great stay - would
definitely recommend a stay! -

Me and my wife stayed in this villa for a week with a little boy under
one year old. Overall our stay was very pleasant. The villa has very
beautiful garden and superb view on Mougins village. Breakfast is very

tourist with a car), we were planning to travel and visit different
towns along Cote d'azur so we hired a car and lived at Villa Zen.
Travelling to that place is amazing, because there are incredible views

The accommodation was spotless, its location in the mountains of Roquebrune afforded you peace and quiet, but with the convenience of a short drive down the mountain to Menton and surrounding villages. Breakfast by the pool was even more enjoyable because of the stunning views, we were given just the right amount of privacy, but at the same time Laurent and Michelle were on hand to help when needed, we would thoroughly recommend and look forward to returning sometime in the future.
