The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Sofi was extremely nice and helpful with our 5yr old

Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

I researched the place on Tripadvisor and read praise for room 306 so I requested it and got it: wonderful! and more than I expected:a spacious sunny apartment with lots of typical Parisian windows onto a fountain and square. Hotel is in a great location, the rooms are large (especially the bathroom) and quiet, service is great - the staff is very helpful. - Clean room, comfortable bed. Attentiveness of the hotel staff. Great restaurant. Quiet even though it's close to the busy street.

Very quiet for Paris! But I was in one of the inside rooms. - The location was excellent as it was within walking distance to many of the main sites. The room was exceptionally clean.

The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

Room was spotless and quite spacious for Paris. We even got larger room hopefuly since we were on the honeymoon. Two metro stations almost on doorstep. Great staff.
