The hotel location is very convenient with many cafes, grocery stores and metro stations nearby. The room (bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom) was well equipped and very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff at the front desk was very professional, attentive, helpful and kind. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home. We had an apartments on the first floor - it was big enough even for 3 guests. It was really like-home stay. Very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff was really friendly and ready to help. -

They guided as well in how to go about local sight seeing, arranging taxi service etc. Rooms and toilets are clean and the kitchenette is very convenient as we could cook foods on our own choice. Close to Metro, Internet included, plenty of space compared to a normal hotel room, everything worked and friendly staff. no complaints. can defiantly recommend a stay at Citadines. - The silent .........we cant sleep very well.
