The staff was so accommodating and friendly. We had an extra person join us in the room, they were able to give us a suite, they got us reservations for a show that was booked when we tried to call etc. The breakfast that is included was great!! The staff was incredible and more along the lines of what I wuld expect from a 5 star hotel. The gentleman who works during the evenings got us an unforgetable dinner after 9 pm on Valentines Day. Then he was more then willing to make some phone calls in order to make sure we could get into an excellent night club.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area.

The hotel is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. All of it. The hotel is enchanting with beautiful architecture and superb décor. The food is amazing. The staff absolutely wonderful and made me feel like royalty. Even though the hotel was rather 'tired' it had everything I wanted - room service, a kettle in the room, bathrobe, and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in in a hotel for a long time! Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.

The Hotel has unique styling ,with a Movie/music/cinema theme running throughout the property.Its rather quirky and very nice with brilliant staff well trained in the art of customer care.There is also a cinema with maybe 40 seats contained within the Hotel.Service was top class.

Plaza Athenee captured the air of romance Paris is famous! I enjoyed my two day trip completely.....till the last touch of hospitality.
