Hotel is beautiful, far too cold to be in the garden but it looked beautiful from the window. Our room was great, probably one of the smallest in the hotel but that didnt bother us. Really cosy, amazing shower, free mini bar topped up every day, a touch of snow and really comfortable bed! Hotel is a ten minute walk from Arc de Triumph and metro. - The envoiroment is wonderful. It's very clean and quiet. And the room is beautiful and quite large. The service is good. And the hotel staff is also kind and nice. I go to the hotel with my boyfriend, and we love to spend a fantastic night there on christmas day. I will definitely go to the hotel next time.

  I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful.   The apartment was everything we needed for our stay. It was basic and small though I believe every accommodation in Paris is the same. The location was perfect- right next to Sacre Coeur and metro. I would stay here again.
