Arrived at sunset and the view could not have been more beautiful. We were warmly welcomed and check-in was very efficient. We were spending our last night on the Cote d'Azur at La Maison du Semanaire and the setting and value could not have better served our needs. Everything perfect. Stunning seaview from the window. Sea just 5 steps down... Perfect location, close to centre, but not busy.
Bus # 30 goes straightly from SNCF gare.
Comfortable twin rooms.
Very nice and cozy restaurant, good breakfast for 9 euro.
Recommended to all tourists, with or without children.

Hotel was centrally located, close to shops, bus, tram. Service was warm, friendly and welcoming. Free internet in rooms, with PC in alcove by lobby. Room was excellent. . .warm, good-sized (privelege room) and most comfortable. Toiletries in bathroom very generous...soap, shampoo, body lotion, cotton buds, pads, shower-cap, etc. A home from home.

we stayed in an non refurbished room (rooms 9 and up have been refurbished), so the bathroom was a bit old and small, but had everything you needed. staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. fantastic location one street back from the promenade and beach, and no steet noise at all at the back of the building.

Location was very good for us for the little amount of shopping we
needed to do in Nice. The Intermarche across the road for snacks and
drinks could not be better (shame they don't have chilled beer). The
closeness to the beach was also an asset after our exercise/swim in
the morning. Staff were exceedingly friendly, and parking very safe.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival at the hotel and all the way through our stay. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was very spacious and clean. The small kitchen is more than adequate for preparing light snacks. Although we didn't use it there was also a dishwasher and microwave to use if required. Pool area is lovely and locatio

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

I brought my elderly mother to Villa Victoria for a short trip to Nice. It was very clean, modern, and quiet. The rooms and bathrooms we stayed in had plenty of space. The staff was helpful and my mother enjoyed it thoroughly. The location is very convenient as well. - The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and spoke brilliant English.

The hotel is newly refurbished, everything is clean and new. it was a little noisy from the street and the bar on the first floor, but only one of the nights. - Location
