Caroline and Ronaldo are a lovely, warm couple who made us feel very welcome. The room, with its 15ft high ceiling, was very clean and spacious and our outlook over the pool and garden was pretty. This is a very peaceful and romantic guesthouse, very suitable for couples. The rooms are large and overlook a garden. The decor is basic but clean and comfortable. The morning birdsong is wonderful.

The owners are friendly and helpful beyond belief, and they have created a real paradise of a garden, with hammocks, pool, jacuzzi, barbeque, The 2 bedroom apartment we rented was very comfortable, with washing machine, good internet, dishwasher, and excellent air conditioning. -

Parking outside (free) available. No car needed - tram stop 5 minute walk away, runnning every 7 minutes, and after 10 minutes on the tram you are in the centre.

The welcome from Alex is second to none. He not only recommended restaurants but made the reservations for us, gave us advice on what to see (down to which paintings in the art gallery!) and gave a warm, colourful and unforgettable dimension to our stay in Montpellier. Also the location is great, right in the heart of the old city. If you are after an experience that is more personal than staying at a hotel, I would recommend Chambre d'Autres.
