My partner and I immediately felt at home in this friendly hotel which is situated directly on the Pistes (What letsbookhotel.com refers to as Tracks).   The staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool, suana, hot tub and steam room facilites were nice (except one thing in the next comment). Good location to other bars and restuarants and not a bad walk to the lifts - maybe 5-7 minutes. The ski shop Chaudanne Sports, just across the street, were super friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about their service. - The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
