Great hotel in a lively and interesting part of Paris. Cafes, Creperies and other nightlife surround the hotel. It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro.

exellent location in the heart of Montparnasse, in a lively neighborhood with iconic Parisian streetscapes. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the Montparnasse station, one metro line stops right at the corner and many more within a block's distance. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air. We paid a bit extra for the 7th floor suite, well worth it, the staff were extremely helpful & the rooms serviced every day.breakfast was typical French but filling.
Only 4.5 ks from the Eiffel Tower & the same from the louvre.
Probably one of the cheapest hotels in Paris.

Location was fantastic- a few blocks from the Pernety and Plaissance metro stations. Easy to get from there to Montparnasse, Invalidades and other metro/RER stations to get all over Paris. Excellent staff, young, kind and eager to help. Beautiful, modern design. WiFi everywhere in the hotel was very helpful.Great location, a minute walk from the metro station Pernetty. Nice neighbourhood with a lot of bakeries and a couple of very nice restaurant solutions that were much less expensive than the ones in the center. Overall a great choice! We will definately stay there again our next time in Paris.

The location is great, it is close to Montparnasse and is not too far from two metro stations. The staff was very helpful and kind. The rooms are small but clean and have everything you need for a short stay. Excelent value for the money.

entrace is right at an exit of metro station Denfert-Rochereau (M 4 and 6), and and orlybus station. RER station (which is accessible) also just across a street which makes it very easily accessible via cdg orly airport and just about anywhere else.
