The hotel was very good comparing to other hotels (more expensive then this one) where I stayed in Paris. Nice, modern facilities. The hotel was recent renovated and it is in very good shape. It is clean, no complains about that. The only thing that I disliked was the room which was very small. The bathroom small but decent. I can not say anything

Nicely located on a quiet pedestrian street just off the Seine, across from Notre Dame. Awesome location. Air conditioning was great and quiet for sleeping. Lovely, newly remodeled room and bathroom with nice shower. They gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne on our arrival. The room is very small - but that's what you get in Paris if you don't pay a fortune. I would definitely stay there again.

Hotel Les Rives de Notre-Dame is ideally placed and we had views of Notre-Dame and the Seine from our room. The hotel has an excellent location, especially for younger people looking for the energy of the Latin Quarter. The location of the hotel was superb and very easy for those travelling
by train from Charles De Gaulle airport as we got to St. Michel and just
across the road was Rue De La Huchence and our hotel. Contrary to
expectations it was very quiet at night and the restaurant was an added
bonus in the evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The area this hotel is in excellent, and close to the metro (1 minute away). The staff are pleasant to deal with and very helpful. The rooms could use some updating, the furnishings were older but the beds were in good condition and clean. The bathrooms had the most upgrading, but our shower in the twin room was missing a hook for the shower head so we had to tie the shower head to the pipe in order to have a hands-free shower. The staff was uniformly helpful, flexible, friendly and polite. The location is perfect for those who like to wander the Left Bank. The room was a "Paris size", but that is Paris, No? The room was very quiet even though overlooking the street. Very comfortable bed. Lot's of good, non-tourist dining available within a true 5 minute stroll, including a very nice Jaques Cagna restaurant right across the street and 5 minutes from a Grom gelateria. You can spend more but you really won't get more.
