The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly (good speaking English). I cloud manage to cheeked in 10:30 am. The hotel is located just few minutes from Brochant (line 13)metro station and there are lots of restaurants, café, shops on the main street (avenue de Clichy) and it 's very easy to access to main spots by the Metro.

Breakfast was great. Staff brill. I asked for a view of Eiffel Tower and we got it, top floor, room 904 superb. watched the Tower show every night as it played the light tune. Looked forward to getting back after every night out!!

Convenient for Gare du Nord. Quirky and stylish. A haven of cool on a very hot humid day in Paris. Situated in the Canal area with which I was not previously familiar. Friendly,helpful staff. Good to meet other guests over a (complimentary) drink/snack at 6pm -

The hotel is in a busy spot but with the window closed, you can't hear a thing - aircon too, so not too hot during the night. Room was fine, big enough for 2 and we were out and about anyway. Some of the staff may not speak fluent English, but were all courteous, friendly and helpful. They even have a first aid kit for us when my wife fell down when we were out and had to nurse her wound back at the hotel. Breakfast was generous. The layout and colors of the hotel were open and cheerful.
The staff was courteous, well groomed, knowledgeable, patient, professional, friendly, helpful.
The hotel is well located for a visitor, nice neighborhood, grocery stores, restaurants, open air markets, banking, laundromats, nearby.
The neighbor feels/is safe and it is like being in a familiar community while being in a big city.
