the staff was very nice...eventhough i was very picky they were very hejpful and especially isabelle who was excellent and very professional. - Very helpful staff. Not fancy, but clean and nice; bathroom was adapted to satisfy American tastes. Good value.

Πολύ εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό, τουλάχιστον στις περισσότερες βάρδιες, πολύ ωραίο το δωμάτιο που είχαμε και σχετικά ευρύχωρο για Παρίσι και για την τιμή που πληρώσαμε και βέβαια αρκετά βολική τοποθεσία για πρόσβαση στα περισσότερα βασικά αξιοθέατα. - We were very satisfied with everything: perfect location, beautiful view, nice and helpful staff, good

We stayed in a petite room which is typical for Paris but the bathroom was huge. The service was the best l have experienced in all my years of visiting Paris. The Location was incredible as you are right near Fauchon and all the key tourist destinations and best shops - It was very well located, 3 min walk from Madeleine and 7 min walk fromOpera.

Location was great. You can by foot reach to 3 metro stations as well as trains. most famous places like Concorde, Opera, Lafeyette and Madeline is 5-10 minutes by walk. The guy in the reception Yannick was so helpful and friendly. Because of a problem we had by the reservation, they upgraded our room. Superior rooms are amazing.

Centrally located next to the Gare St Lazare, and a short walk from the
stores on Bvd Haussman as well as the boutiques on Rue St Honore, and

We stayed in a horrible guesthouse the night before and decided to spend some money to stay at a better place. And it was worth every penny!!!!!!!!! Hearing about our horibble stay at other place, they gave us an upgrade to the superior suite!! It was so comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and accomodating at all times. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Paris! Thank you for everything!!

Whery nice and comfortable room. - The staff were always very helpful and friendly, made restaurant suggestions and reservations for us on several occasions, were more than willing to do their best to find out anything we needed to know.

Καθαριότητα - We were immediately upgraded on arrival to the largest room in the hotel - which clearly added something to our overall experience! However, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good, the overally condition of the hotel was good and the location was excellent (2 minutes walk from the arc de triomphe). Breakfast is expensive, though, but all hotels in paris are charging expensive for breakfast.
