I was very luck to be on the top floor with a view on the Madeleine so it was very pleasant and quiet for a busy part of Paris. Very friendly staff.
Excellent location: the hotel is in a nice area. Main attractions is in within walking distance (10-45 minutes), or you can use subway (5 lines are next to hotel).
Rooms have normal sizes for a comfortable staying.
Soundproofing (there was some trafic noise from the street, but no noise from neighbors).

The hotel is tiny but cosy. Stuff is very friendly. I felt myself like at home. I recommend this hotel everyone who is comfortable with small space. Room was quite small, but as I stayed alone it wasn't bother me. The location is perfect, it's 5 minutes on foot from Arc de Triomph and the nearest metro. -

the room was small but very cozy and well designed (same as the pictures) .
location was amazing , a minute walk from the Arc de triumph and the champ elisses , has 2 major metro and rer stations in a walking distance . -

Very clean and towels changed daily, room tidied and beds made. This is a good service for a budget hotel.
Excellent location with plenty of restaurants and metro connections.

Cosy Monceau staff is very friendly (Especially reception). They were very helpful.
They allowed us little early check-in. They were always helpful when we needed to warm the milk(twice a day) for our 1.5 year old daughter.
Any other request, they would be of immediate help.
Besides this, Rooms were also reasonably clean.

Location is great. Very busy bld de Batignolles is just around the corner, Place de Clichy (and metro Clichy) is 2-3 min on foot, and the hotel is on quiet and safe street.

The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Nothing too flashy but clean, comfortable, well priced and in a great location. The staff were all friendly and spoke good English. We were only travelling for a weekend so had small, light bags and this hotel suited us well... if travelling with larger bags I would consider other options as the elevator is very small and is not accessible from the ground floor.

The management was highly knowledgeable about services and sites around Paris. They spoke English which was a huge help and they were accommodating to my needs. The water pressure was great, the bed was nicely made and the bathroom is a decent size, considering you're in Paris. There was no air conditioning - but large windows make up for that. - T
