  We arrived very early and was unable to check in but we were able to check in room early once ready about 2 hours early. Hotel staff pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Knowing that one of us had become not well, he happily agreed to us delaying our checkout , allowing us to rest in the room and avoid a tediously long wait at the station.   A small boutique hotel which I love. Front desk staff was always helpful and had great suggestions for food and things to do. The room was very clean and modern. We had a room with a small terrace and a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is close to 2 Metro stations so it's very easy to get around Paris. - I loved the entire design of the hotel so v elegant. It had central heating with towel heating. They also paid attention to every request I made. The staff Benedict, Jean and everybody were so pleasant and were so eager to help. Always smiling and kind. It was directly opp the metro. I was also lucky to meet the owner. Lovely lovely people. They made Paris a wonderful experience for me and I will definitely stay there again. So in love. Uche

  The front desk personel was very efficient and kind to assist us from getting a taxi, giving info on how to get to places, parking and where to find things, up to rapidly getting a doctor for my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. The hotel is located between 2 subways and there is a large train station around the block.   I particularly liked two members of the staff - one worked on reception and was called Nicolas and the other was the chambermaid. Nicolas had a particularly warm and welcoming demeanor as well as being very helpful.
