Location perfect in old town, near restaurants, bars, beach, Cathederal, 1 minute from cathederal/vieille ville airport bus 98 and tram stop. Perfect base.
Apartment spotless, comfortable large bed, every kitchen facility you could want, tv, music dock, air conditioner and 2 fans.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not
stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They
are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away
from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view
of the entire city of Nice. And yet at the same time, they are near to

the hustle and bustle of everything in the heart of the city. The
directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their
information, advice, -
A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.
Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. A decent sized kitchenette with the basics

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

The overall experience was excellent,lovely clean hotel, ideally located, with great friendly staff,I requested flowers,card and wine to be available in our room on arrival, nothing was too much trouble for them.Request for a hot drink to be delivered to our room was no problem to them at all, the attitude of all staff though out our stay was outst

Friendly owner with excellent English who made us feel welcome and helped us each day with our travel plans. It was one of the highlights of our stay to befriend Gilles and his friendly little dog, Cosette!
We enjoyed a delicious continental breakfast each morning. Nice range of local food and it was a good opportunity to talk to other guests.

We had a wonderful five day stay in Nice recently. Despite the cool and
sometimes rainy weather we managed to have a good time with a marvelous
bike tour of the city, a visit to Villefranche and Beaulieu with lots of
walking to take in the incredible scenery, a visit to the medieval
village of Eze and a lovely, if wet, day visiting the Matisse, Chagall
and Beaux Arts museums. Our base for all this activity was the Hotel
Victor Hugo. We highly reccommend it. Our room (Guernsey) was clean,
