I stayed here a couple of times for conferences at the Acropolis Conference Center. This hotel is about 1/2 block from the entrance, so it is very convenient for weary conference attendees. - 50 yards from conference centre

Location perfect in old town, near restaurants, bars, beach, Cathederal, 1 minute from cathederal/vieille ville airport bus 98 and tram stop. Perfect base.

Apartment was les orchidees (or a name like that cant remember exactly), when we initially booked i looked up the apartment we had been assigned and emailed them saying we requested a change of apartment - which they did with no issues. Check in and out no probs, as others stated be aware you need to clean apartment (or pay high fees fir housekeeping). good location. Very well stocked apartment (all cleaning products, tea coffee etc).

All Staff were excellent and very helpfull, during our stay in Nice.We have really enjoyed our stay here and will recommend the hotel toour friends. - location, staff spoke excellent english very helpful, very clean, very accommodating to assist as we had 3 small children

I spend over 150 nights per year in hotels around Europe, but I'll always remember the 9 days I stayed at La Pérouse in early January 2009. The paroramic view from my room (504) onto the Baie des Anges, the city below and snow-capped mountains around was simply spectacular. Very courteous and helpful staff with unassuming manners. - Nice candies :)

Beautiful building 15 minutes from the promenade and 10 minutes from the station, very helpful staff who could not speak English which helped improve my French no end. A really charming hotel - Good hotel location.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip. The staff werevery helpful. Breakfast was very good. Very good value for money. - The hotel was clean and convienently located. easy 5 minute walk from train station. Hotel owner was very friendly.

I would not have appreciated my visit to Nice as much if I had not
stayed at Villa Leonie. Over-all, the atmosphere was exceptional. They
are located in a quiet garden setting, but are just a short walk away
from grand scenic views of the coastline, the ocean, and the best view

directrice and her staff were friendly and very helpful. Their

A wonderful location - about 5 minutes from a small and relatively quiet beach and a pleasant 15 minute stroll along the sea front into the old town.
The welcome couldn't have been warmer and the room was very comfortable and clean. Being able to sit in the lovely garden to read and have breakfast was a real added bonus.
If we return to Nice we will gladly stay at Villa Leonie again.

Staff were great, location ideal for beach, shopping and restaurants
and as a base to visit other locations such as Monaco, Villefranche
and Beaulieu and proximity to airport. Having its own beach
immediately opposite the hotel with the restaurant is a distinct
advantage . Great beds. -

Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well.
Our superior studio located in a different building , with a big bathroom, balcony onto street the room was perfectly equipped. A decent sized kitchenette with the basics

I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the
room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located
on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise
didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite
worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I
am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

Very good value for money. Location is next to a pedestrian shopping street. Please note that on foot beaches are more that 15 minutes away. There is a bike station nearby at Notre-Dame. 10 minutes walking from a railway station. Shower is fine, bed is soft and clean. -

I liked the professional but relaxed attitude by the staff to guests. I would certainly stay there again. The gentleman on reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and will be sadly missed if/when he retires. - We liked it very much. Hard to believe it's a 2 star. The room was spacious with good storage and a balcony -- and the bathroom

η τοποθεσία του κοντά στο κέντρο - The staff on reception couldnt have been more helpful, the room had a lot of character and location was excellent to get the real feel of nice. We loved Le Grimaldi it was better than I expected. I did a lot of researching on trip advisor and cannot understand how anyone could have any complaints - Lovely hotel
