  My 17 days stay in Residence Nell was perfect. I booked a classical apartment, and it's a real apartment consisting of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Everything is clean, stylish, and modern. The living room is pretty large, with a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV, and dining zone. Elsa, Xavier and the lady on duty the day of our departure (1/12/13 around 12:00 pm) were particularly outstanding on their performance. We truly felt this was our home away from home.   It was a nice compromise between apartment and hotel. Having mini kitchen facilities was great for times when we just didn't want another restaurant meal. It was also nice to have the breakfast buffet option. Locations was good.   I enjoyed the size of the rooms and the quietness of the hotel. We did look at several rooms before we made our choice, and the rooms do vary in size and situation. It is quite a big complex. The staff were outstanding, and the location of the hotel excellent.   The staff were very nice and helpful. Excellent service with a smile;). We were upgraded from a 2 Studio apartment to a 4 person apartment which was more comfortable.   Quiet, good breakfast, room (I completed also a hard copy survey sheet present in the room) - The location is just 5 min walk to the metro station, the room was big and very clean with nice bed, nice lcd tv, free internet connection, and a small kitchen. it has also free open parking in front of the hotel. the staffs are also nice.
