Bear in mind that coffee is between 2.2-2.8 euros, croissant is 1.2, and ordinary breakfast at the street is between 10 and 15 euros. Has everything you need air conditioner, tv, clean towels, soap and shampoo. For 2 star hotel, this is very reasonable.
