  Location was great, just a couple of minutes from metro station. The room was spacious and well lit, clean and cosy. However it was a little cold (I stayed there in March).   Very nice hotel. Nicely decorated room, comfortable bed, delicate bathroom, friendly staff. We had our baby with us, and the hotel offered a baby cot free of charge. Also, the location is great. Just around the corner you have Place de la Republique with several good places to have breakfast / brunch. Our favourite was Café de la Republique. Also,... τι λέει ο κόσμος » only 10-15 mins walking distance to the shopping and bar/cafe area in Le Marais. We even walked 25-30 mins to Montmartre. I.e. this is a good locatio - The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us. The rooms are small, but it was enough for our little 18 month old to roam around and stretch his legs.   The hotel is great because it is friendly and clean and our room had a great view of the roof tops. La Marais is a very interesting and atmospheric location. It is easy to access the Seine and other places of interest. We especially enjoyed the Jewish quarter and the falafels. We mostly walked everywhere, even to Eifel's tower - 6.5 km. Prices are good, rooms are clean, new towels every day, what you get for price is perfect. Very good staff, friendly and helpful.   I liked everything about the hotel. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The bathroom was comfortable and big enough. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. The hotel even provides the guests with umbrellas - in a rainy city like Paris it is definitely a big plus! A perfect place to relax after a long day at work.
