I liked my room - a single room on the sixth floor, small, well-appointed, quiet and comfortable; I liked the breakfast - yogurt, cereal, juice, eggs, sausage, ham, toast, bread, pain au chocolat, coffee...; I liked the location, close to the sights and restaurants and boutiques of St. Germain des Pres but on a quiet street; I liked the helpful staff. I will definitely return!

Great room spotlessly clean, with lovely shower. and good modern design. Staff were very helpful and spoke excellent english which was very helpful. Room had tea making facilities with lots of tea and coffee options and cake provided every day. Will stay here again if i'm lucky enough to go to Paris again!!!

Very clean & modern. Shower stall with great water pressure. Lots of natural light in room 23, but it is street side on a busy street. The balcony doors were double paned. Location is excellent for bus, metro and walking. Enough room to have luggage out. Kettle in the room. Very nice staff. I would definitely stay again.

The staff are absolutely fantastic. - The hotel was in a good location, only 5 minutes from Metro station, near some very nice restaurants. We were really pleased with the appartment, it was spacious, super clean and the kitchen facilities were great. It was much better than staying in a tiny Paris hotel room. The room and bathroom were a great size. Plenty of room to place luggage. There is a lift which isn't common when staying in Paris so the lift was small but useful. The wifi was fast. The room and bathroom were very clean. The facilities were modern and well looked after. It was close to the metro station (Place d'Italie).

I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -

Clean and nice hotel. No problems with shower - it's new and clean.
The towels were changed every day. Friendly staff - we came to check-in
earlier, the room was not ready, but we left our luggage at the hotel.

Room was fine, very comfortable (though simple) beds, Plenty of light in the daytime, from window with view on the tree-lined street. Wifi worked fine. Good breakfast, with full assortment. Bathroom (with shower) fine. Well situated, close to Métro and bus, to get into centre quickly, within zone 1 of public transport. Area fine, felt safe. Shopping centre literally across the road, including supermarket. Would certainly stay again in this hotel.
