  The staff very accomadating, friendly and helpful. The location was within minutes of shopping on Faubourg St Honore and other streets in the area. Easy access for siteseeing etc. within walking distance or a subway ride. The linen was excellant and the bed had a very comfortable mattress.   We stayed in a petite room which is typical for Paris but the bathroom was huge. The service was the best l have experienced in all my years of visiting Paris.   In planning my wife’s 40th birthday surprise, I looked at many hotels in various areas of Paris, and to be honest it seemed difficult to get something that suited our budget, taste and requirements for a 3 day site seeing visit. Very friendly and helpful staff, a fantastic location and excellent room . . . .clean - The hotel was really very nice in the center of Paris. It's the same like you see on photos. We expected bigger room but in comparison to other hotels the room and bathroom were big. We liked it and next would prefer to stay there again. Yes furniture is fine and beds were comfortable :) I would recommend this hotel to my friends!

  I stayed in 2 hotels in Paris, they all are 3 stars hotels and rank top 200 ones in TA. Compare of these two hotels, another one is with higher price, left bank, very close to Notre Dame and restaurants. But I will choose Le Relais Madelene next time. The first reason is the price.   We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. It is off the beaten path just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème - The staff were awesome and was always willing to assist us despite the time. I arrived pretty late and they organized a perfect resaurant for us which was fabulous. Typical french restaurant( Tante Louise). If you would like to economise, you probably check another one. I will definately visit it again. What I really appreciated was allowing me to keep my suitcases at the hotel for approximately 3 hrs despite that I had already chech out.

  All the staff were extremely helpful. The proximity to transit, and shops was very convenient. It is in safe location. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends. - Excellent position. The cot was also very trendy and had a proper mattress. The hotel staff were extremely helpful especially with baby arrangements. The location is very convenient also to reach everything by foot.
