Thank you for upgrading us to a suite on our 1st visit to Paris. We enjoyed our stay in your hotel, everything was perfect - location, shopping all within easy reach. The Room is clean, spacious and well kept. It was certainly a surprise for us after reading al the comments about the room being small for Paris Hotel. It was just nice for a couple. Plaza Etoile was in perfect position for our trip. Very close to metro that meant we could get to most places easily. But also in good walking distance for those that like a stroll. We slept well too, comfy beds and blackout blinds. Close to some good restaurants. -

they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. -

We just returned today from a 4 night stay at the hotel. We had a
triple room and a double room and were lucky enough to have both rooms
on the same floor (it is a very small hotel so there are only two rooms
per floor).
The Pros:

Hotel staff are really good. The room and bathroom looked like exact as pictures of website. The cleanliness was just perfect! I took my daughter to Paris for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and
very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in

Receptionish was excellent and her command of English was superb. Very patience with some guest who was very irrate. Location was prfect for my needs.
- Lovely staff, fantastic location, just beside Red Bus stop, will recommend this hotel to friends, should have had breakfast there.
