  Very cozy hotel. Place location right by the Arc de Triomphe. Here stop shuttle bus to the airports, tourist bus stop, subway (direct line to the center).   The hotel location is superior. the staff is very friendly they even helped with getting you around the city, an umbrella in bad weather, and reserving a taxi when needed. - Everyone was very friendly, kind & helpful!!   We just returned today from a 4 night stay at the hotel. We had a triple room and a double room and were lucky enough to have both rooms on the same floor (it is a very small hotel so there are only two rooms per floor).   Most hotels look better online than in person. Hotel Acacias Etoile is an excedption to the rule. The room was clean, and wll appointed. The staff were excellent, and the breakfast large by Paris standards. The price was nice as well. It is also in a very good location being only a block off the Argentine Metro stop.   I took my daughter to Paris for the weekend. The hotel is very clean and very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. We stayed in a double room which seemed to have been recently renovated. The bathroom was very nice! But the best part of the hotel is the location-the metro stop is around the corner. Excellent customer service, wonderful location and a huge room with good shower. Loved it. We come to Paris once intwo years or so and this stay was btw farthe most comfortable.   Receptionish was excellent and her command of English was superb. Very patience with some guest who was very irrate. Location was prfect for my needs. - Lovely staff, fantastic location, just beside Red Bus stop, will recommend this hotel to friends, should have had breakfast there.
