Excellent location in the center of Avignon, just off the Place D'Horloge. There are lots of good choices for meals nearby and the major attractions are a short walk. Extremely convenient location - 10 minute walk from the Avingon central station, 5 minute walk from the Tourist office, 2 minute walk from the Palais Des Papes. - Really in the center of the city , near the touristic highlights. A very good hotel.

Location excellent, right in the heart of shopping, restaurants and sights. Very welcoming staff, able to leave our bags after departure, so we could continue in the city area. -
The location was perfect! I loved that it was in an old building 2 minutes walking from everything. Everyone at the front desk spoke English and was very friendly .

We really enjoyed this hotel. It was close to everything and Michael at the front desk was extremely helpful. If you don't like Michael, you probably don't like people. He was great for info and anything we needed. We always enjoyed our interactions with him. Room was spacious, a bit dated, but the building itself is very fitting for the town. Not 5 star, but a very nice place. Loved the location. Room was clean, just needs an update is all. I would stay here again.

We really appreciated our trip in " provence" but first of all stay tothe st roch hotel in avignon, the owners are really very king andfriendly. The rooms are completely renoved and furnitures are very niceand trendy. Nice garden and only a block from the entrance to the walled city so we walked everywhere from here. Very clean, friendly staff with good english skills.

The rooms are nice. We were lucky and our room ha view to the small sweet garden.The hotell is few minutes from the bus which goes to the train station and also few minutes walk to very cntre of the old town The prices are very reasonable. Very good and helpful staff - Beautiful enclosed garden

The apartment was attractive and comfortable, with a very functional though small kitchen area, and enough crockery, cutlery and pots and pans for some basic cooking. We especially enjoyed the outside pool area - tiny, and the pool always felt a little 'fresh' when you first get in, but a lovely way to cool down and relax after a day's sightseeing

Good to have self catering option. Lovely plunge pool in pretty gardens- an oasis. Very hand for city of Avignon and lots of books/ literature re local attractions . Enjoyed breakfast on small verandah overlooking garden .

Everything!!! The couple who runs it are very kind, friendly, and helpful; even their dog Coddy is a sweety-pie! The room was beautiful, roomy, and very clean. The location was only a 10 to 15 min walk to Avignon centre and though off the main street, it was still easy to find. They had free wifi which worked great. No disappointments here at all.
