Staff was expecting us and very friendly. Location was great. It was good to have the use of an elevator (lift) and a computer with internet access. Breakfast area downstairs was cozy with a good selection for continental type. - The location, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff were all excellent.

I could not fault this hotel. It was great value for Paris. It's not luxury, but it had everything I needed. The water was always hot. The room was well heated. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent location - 5 minute walk to the Metro and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. The staff were helpful and pleasant. -

Very good location, excellent breakfast in smoll and nice restaurant. Clean room, very helpfull staff. Nice, easy atmosfer. Tt was a pleasure to stay there. - I like its location/ambiance/staff / everthing about it - 3rd time I have visited - good value for the money - I will definitely go back there!

Location was great. Only a short walk to the Gare de Lyon in Paris, which we needed to use most days. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit.

Good location, close to Gare de Lyon. Basic room but clean. The guy on the front desk was excellent, when I arrived at 11pm off the TGV and then left for the airport at 5am the next nothing, he was on the same shift yet was very friendly and helpful.

Η θέση του - We thought it was really good value The position was excellent for access to centre. Breakfast exceptional, staff friendly and helpful. Room pristine and comfortable. - It was very close to the Gare De Lyon station. The staff over there were very friendlly and helpful.

The place where the hotel is situated, the contemporary look - compare to other Parisian hotels it is new, however it is "Ikea" new, do not think it is a design hotel...It is convenient if you are staying for couple of days, not the kind of hotel where you can have the ultimate Parisian experience though...

The location is excellent. All the main attractions easy to reach by underground. A supermarket downstairs. A friendly staff that spoke English. Good breakfeast. - The hotel was centrally located and the staff was very helpful.

A lovely lovely hotel with perfect location an fantastic staff who couldn't do enough for us. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was a pleasant surprise. I love this hotel. Have stayed several times. It is so comfortable and relaxing. Like the honesty bar, the two sitting rooms, the free wifi with no password. Love their house room scent. Great to have somewhere so relaxing in Paris where coming back to the hotel is a real treat.

The staff were really excellent - incredibly friendly and approachable,
and helpful in every way. Really lovely people who were doing their best
to help and make sure you had the most comfortable stay. Cannot
recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little on the small side,
but the location is excellent and close to Metro, sightseeing, shopping,
etc. Minibar (non-alcoholic) was also included in the room cost. I hope
I get to return there some day, I really enjoyed myself.
