Hotel is new and everything is clean. The room was cleaned every day. The staff were nice. The location is great, near to metro 4 station and Basilica. Near the hotel there are supermarkets, post office, cafes, bakeries. -
Loved the hospitality of the front staff! Loved how close to Gare du Nord it was (2 stops on metro), room was clean, pillows and bed were soooo comfortable!!! They kept our luggage for us when we checked out! Great stay!

Very friendly staff and manageress. Excellent location in awesome Montmartre. We were on the roadside and there were major roadworks involving machine drilling on at the time, but when you close the windows you could not hear a sound, and could sleep-in in the mornings without a problem. Will recommend Hotel Lepic. You can walk anywhere and the Metro is less than 200m down the road.

We were greeted with smiles and although I tried speaking French, the receptionist recognized my American accent and began speaking English right away. That was a relief! The staff is excellent. They are friendly, competent, and also speak English well for those of us that are not that skilled in French. The location is perfect, and also quiet. We stayed in a family room on the 8th (top) floor. It was clean, air-conditioned, had separate toilet and shower and 2 vanities, great views from our room and the roof. This hotel provided us a good value and comfortable rest during our stay in Paris. The breakfast was adequate and very good. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location was near the Metro and close to many shops and stores where we were able to pick up a warm baguette of bread right outside the train station, walk down the street and pick up some wine and meat and cheese and have a nice dinner in our room. I would recommend this hotel for travelers visiting Paris who want to stay in

Lovely hotel, very clean and modern, deluxe room a great size and third bed comfortable and ample size for my 6'2" tall son. Great location with easy access to Metro. As a single mum travelling with two teenagers, did not find the 'lively location' a problem at all, it added to the fun. No noise from other rooms or location during night. Staff

Cool interior design, blackandwhite, minimalistic, super cozy, great bathroom, very comfortable bed. Incredible for 3* Paris hotel. The friendliest staff and great atmosphere. And black cats everywhere are awesome. We'll definetely stay here again next time we're in Paris.
