The hotel is two steps from the Metro station and from the Louvre, even if it's not expensive. Good quality/price. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was a bit small but perfect if you don't have to spend all of your time there. Confortable bed. Everything was very clean! Totally recommended!!!! - I have stayed at many hotels at all price levels

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Liked the little touches like checking in if we needed a taxi for the following day.

The staff was great! We arrived at 2 am and they were waiting for us with everything ready. The next morning they helped us tremendously with our car reservation ( which the car company could not find). This was very much appreciated since it was a holiday in France and most places were closed. Sofi was extremely nice and helpful with our 5yr old

Ideal location for sightseeing in Paris. Located in vicinity to Louvre. You can walk to all famous touristic places easily from Louvre to Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was bigger than we expected but clean and tidy with TV-panel on the wall. Reception working 24-7, taxi to airport - no problem. Nice renovated room with new furniture. We'll definetely be back again.

Very central location and I found very good receptionists. They are really helpful when needed and always available. I have been here earlier in the year and they finished works in reception and breakfast area making it more modern. Good wify and very friendly staff. I booked the Tonic because I liked that it appeared to be in a genuine Parisian style and wasn't disappointed, the rooms had a nice appearance and has retained some of the buildings original features. It even had its own courtyard off my ground floor room.

It was a very good location in a nice area, being close to many points of interest, and close to two metro stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and english level was above average. it was wonderful, for being a european hotel it has big and for being in paris it was an excellent price. great location only 3 minutes from the louvre and about 2 from the opera. the elevator is small but the stairs do work - Friendly staff,nicely appointed room,breakfast and the excellent coffee.
