Very efficient, helpful, friendly staff. The hotel has been recently renovated with beautiful new fittings. Good food served at breakfast. Great location. - Just a great base for Paris. The Metro is just outside the door. Great Hotel and Saint Germain is the place to be. Would use this hotel again.

It's a lovely small boutique hotel with attentive service, charmingly decorated French decor, kept very clean and in the best Left Bank location. Couldn't have been a more positive French experience. - The person at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The location is superb.

Stayed at a Classic room on 2nd floor.
Very carefully thought out arrangement of the room.
Nice & clean. Fairly large by Paris standards. Excellent toilet & washroom. Has most things a traveller would need. Located in a quiet side street away from crowds & noise.
The front desk service was warm,friendly, prompt & congenial.
Fairly well stocked mini bar although we did not use it.

I read a lot of reviews before I decided on this hotel. I had a very quiet room - I was facing the courtyard/buildings so I had no noise from the street.

The best location I have had so far in Paris - quiet street, yet close to the centre of activity. Metro, buses connection is superb. Walking distance to many sights, both sides of the Seine. Lots of shopping around. The range and number of dining options is amazing. The hotel is very charming, with excellent personnel.

The apartment is ideally located in the St Germain/Luxembourg area with excellent small restaurants and a patisserie on the corner of the street for breakfast and to buy sandwiches for lunch.The metro is very close by as well as Blvds.St Michel and St Germain.Staff are very helpful and friendly and you can leave your baggage safely before check in

This is not a traditional hotel, but rather an apartment-style hotel with only four or five suites, each with a small kitchenette. Our suite was the smallest – the “studio” next to the office on the second floor (they didn’t have a standard reception desk), but it was exactly as lovely as shown on the website. This apartment was so beautiful and charming, oozing with Parisian style. The location was great within walking distance to restaurants, Notre Dame cathedral, the Louvre and shopping, with the metro station right across the road. My french is limited but the staff was more than helpful in English. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel was on a quiet side dstreet and the location was excellent; within walking distance to the Louvre, Rue de Rivoli and Bon Marche. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. -
